I’m a recovering perfectionist and people pleaser. I tend to be harder on myself than anyone else. Before I met Shelby, I had no idea I struggled with body dysmorphia since high school. I know everyone says that this group made such an impact on their self love journey, and that’s because IT IS SOOOO TRUE.
